Thank you for giving Infinity Design Group the opportunity to submit a proposal for your bakery project.
Scope of Work
- Build out 1st generation space to create bakery, approximately 1,200 sq/ft.
- Compliance to current codes designated in the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, International Building Code, and ADA requirements.

Given these basic design parameters, Infinity Design Group shall produce a full set of Architectural construction drawings for your use so that you may be able to obtain definitive construction cost and a full building permit.
Fee Schedule
The cost to produce all architectural drawings shall be $2,900.00 (two thousand nine hundred dollars). This fee does not include any fees required by the county to obtain building permit.
Our work is intended to provide permit-ready drawings based on the project scope listed above. Revisions required by the jurisdiction for items included within our original scope of work shall be addressed at no additional charge.
If agreed on, the fee shall be paid as outlined:
- A retainer fee of $1,400.00 (one thousand four hundred dollars) required prior to commencement of project work or site visit for existing measurements.
- A payment of $1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred dollars) paid after the completion of plans.
Additional Services
Additional Services are services requested by the Client that are not included as part of Infinity Design Group’s scope of basic services. These are services for which IDG shall be compensated over and above the services that are provided as basic services by IDG.
Additional services for this project are as herein designated:
- Structural Engineering Services
- Changes in Project Scope
- Building Permit Expediting Services
- Full Color 3D Rendering – Interior/Exterior
- Major revisions and/or changes made by the owner or owner’s representative after prior approval will be billed at an hourly rate.
Acceptance of Proposal
The above prices, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payments are as outlined above.
