Proposal for Architectural & Engineering Plans

Thank you for giving Infinity Design Group the opportunity to submit a proposal for your coffee shop project.

Scope of Work

Build out 1st generation space to create coffee shop, approximately 1,200 sq/ft.

Compliance to current codes designated in the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, International Building Code, and ADA requirements.

Work Description

Architectural Plans Site visit for field measurements Existing floor plan Proposed floor plan Life safety plan Door / finish schedule Wall sections and details Reflective ceiling plan	$2,400.00
Engineering Plans Mechanical (HVAC) plans Electrical plans Plumbing plans	$2,400.00

Given these basic design parameters, Infinity Design Group shall produce a full set of architectural construction drawings for your use so that you may obtain definitive construction cost and a full building permit.

Fee Schedule

The cost to produce all architectural drawings shall be $4,800.00. This fee does not include any fees required by the county to obtain the building permit.

Our work is guaranteed to get a building permit for your project. There will be no additional charges for any changes requested by the county.

If agreed on, the fee shall be paid as outlined:

1. A retainer fee of $2,400.00 paid upon signing of this agreement.
2. A payment of $2,400.00 paid after completion of plans.

Additional Services

Additional services are services requested by the Client that are not included as part of Infinity Design Group’s basic scope of services.

1. Structural Engineering Services
2. Changes in Project Scope
3. Building Permit Expediting Services
4. Full Color 3D Rendering – Interior/Exterior
5. Major revisions and/or changes made by the owner or owner’s representative after prior approval will be billed at an hourly rate.
